Please read these terms carefully before booking any of our professional cleaning services.

By accessing our website or booking any services with Tripartner Services Limited, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Bookings and Scheduling

All service bookings are subject to availability. Bookings must be requested through our official website or phone lines. A confirmation email or call will be issued for all scheduled visits.

2. Payment Terms & Invoicing

Payments must be settled within the timeframe specified on your invoice (typically within 7 days of service completion). We accept bank transfers and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may incur standard fees.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any booking cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee up to the full price of the booked service.

4. Access and Client Cooperation

Clients must ensure our cleaners have safe access to the designated property at the scheduled time. Access to hot water and electricity is required to perform our standard cleaning operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tripartner Services Limited is fully insured. However, our liability for any accidental damage or losses is strictly limited to the value of our insurance coverage or the cost of the service provided, whichever is lesser.
